I called and spoke to the owner Jarred Redd on the phone, about some issues my family and I was having with our well. After calling other companies and being quoted ridiculous prices just to come look at what was wrong. He came out the very next day and did an assessment at no charge. He suggested I needed a new well pump soon , but still could get by with it. While he was at my house I went ahead and had him fix a toilet that would leak occasionally. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions confidently. I would highly recommend anyone needing any plumbing work done to give him a call. I will also be sharing his information on social media as I am very happy with his service! If I could give him more than 5 stars , I would.

Called Jarred at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon, my hot water heater was spewing water. He was here within 30 minutes and the hot water heater was repaired quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you Jarred! Awesome job! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This young man went out of his way to get my hot water heater working on New Years Eve when it was not even a plumbing issue. He stayed until I could get an electrician here to fix that end. Again. Did not have to. Went WAY out of his way to help very personable . Very respectful. I will definitely call him in the future. I was totally shocked! It’s a holiday weekend Sunday afternoon and the company answered the phone responded professionally and did everything they said they would do. They didn’t hide pricing. Explain to me what they were going to do and then they did it. I now have their phone number saved in my phone in case I have any other plumbing emergencies.

We had an issue with our water pump and on the worst of days Fourth of July weekend. We had been with no water for two days . No one was able to come out. Jarred had a cancellation so he called to see if he could come early which was great. He was very prompt, polite, knowledgeable. I think he worked fast. He arrived befored 8:30 assessed the problem left & got parts returned & fixed my pressure reducer valve and was gone by 11am. Wow!! Awesome

He replaced my sewer line, both under the house and from the house to the road. All the work was done in one day and he left the area neat and clean when he was done. A few months later, we thought we might have a leak so he came back and ran a camera through the whole sewer line as well as visually checking everything under the house. Every time he's been to my house he's been professional, pleasant, and responsive. I highly recommend Purified Plumbing.
